Students can expect tasty hands-on learning. They’ll learn how to follow recipes, food safety, and kitchen hygiene. Seasonal cooking will be highlighted throughout the course along with cooking fundamentals. This class is for students who are willing to taste new things and work as a team. No supplies or items need to be purchased for this course; all materials will be provided by the teacher. The Students are strongly encouraged to practice their new skills at home. The goal of this course is for students to learn a lifelong skill and gain confidence in the kitchen.
