LCCS's mission is to provide a biblically based K-8 school which partners with a community of like-minded families to foster moral and academic excellence, equipping our children to serve God, each other, and the community at large.

3) have a passion for children and teaching.
4) actively engage students through differentiated instruction.
5) hold students accountable in loving ways.
6) are certified and/or experienced.
School model
LCCS has a hybrid school model where students are in school three days a week and participate in remote learning the other two days a week. Teachers provide the lesson plans for the parents on remote learning days.
Current schedule for students:
Monday - remote learning
Tuesday - 8:35 - 2:30
Wednesday - 8:35 - 2:30
Thursday - 8:35 - 2:30
Friday - remote learning

Teacher Reporting Hours:
Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (8:15-2:45)
Monday and Friday - available to assist parents by phone if needed
Planning Period: minimum of 1 hour per day
Class Size: 6 - 14 students depending on the class
As with any teaching position, there is work that is completed outside of school hours. (e.g. lesson plans, grading, etc.)
