Math: Students will learn beginning math concepts in a fun interactive environment. Class will focus on number recognition (1-20), counting to 100 and introduction to counting by 5’s and 10’s, ordinal counting, one on one counting, patterning, calendar skills, months of the year, days of the week, seasons, shapes, right/left, beginning addition and subtraction, graphing, introduction to coins and their value, and sorting. Students will learn through the use of calendar time, stories, manipulatives, projects and worksheets.
